Paycor

Paycor HCM, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) software, today announced the promotion of Ryan Bergstrom to Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), effective immediately. The new role will integrate Paycor's product and technology functions, enabling the Company to usher in the next generation of HCM advancements that empower leaders to build winning teams. 

Since joining Paycor in 2018, Ryan has been vital in driving the Company's growth and shaping the HCM suite into the market leader it is today. Ryan has two decades of product management experience in the HCM industry, creating and executing technology roadmaps that resonate with customers and achieve organizational goals. Leveraging his proven record of success and leadership, he will continue to collaborate cross functionally to define and execute the company's product vision.

Guild

Guild, a leader in opportunity creation for America’s workforce, today announced that Rohan Chandran has joined the company as its new Chief Product & Technology Officer. In this role, Chandran now leads the company's increased investment in technological innovation through ownership and management of the product and solutions roadmap and strategy in partnership with leaders across the organization. He also owns and manages the company’s platform, data, and technology strategies.

Chandran’s appointment follows a year of impact from Guild, bolstered by the introduction of a new product, Career Accelerator along with other capabilities, to help support the end-to-end career advancement journey for Guild members and learners. Workforce Software

Workforce management solution for large employers Workforce Software, announced the appointment of Bill Shaheen as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the promotion of Nicole Neumarker to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective January 1, 2024. As CRO, Shaheen will lead the global revenue and customer success organizations and as COO, Neumarker will lead engineering, cloud services, product management, customer support and global services.

HIREVUE

HireVue, the pioneer and global leader in Human Potential Intelligence today announced the appointment of Walker Ellis as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With a proven track record for growth, Ellis’ focus on operational excellence will ensure the company’s innovations are aligned to benefit customers and their candidates.

Ellis will oversee HireVue’s revenue teams where he will continue to maximize the talents and strengths of the organization following the acquisition of Modern Hire. The appointment of Ellis as CRO also comes just after the company announced the new hiring category, Human Potential Intelligence, and its innovative application, Find My Fit. TEXTIO

Textio, the AI platform purpose-built to help companies hire and develop remarkable teams,announced Kieran Snyder has stepped down as CEO. Jensen Harris, co-founder and CXO, has been unanimously appointed as CEO by the board, effective immediately. Kieran will take the role of Chief Scientist Emeritus and retain her board seat. Jensen’s former role as Chief Experience Officer will be retired.

Kieran and Jensen co-founded Textio in 2014, building on Kieran’s years of academic research in language biases and Jensen’s expertise in user experience design and productivity software engineering—culminating in the launch of Textio Loop for inclusive recruiting. 

PERCEPTYX

Perceptyx, the leading employee listening and manager effectiveness platform, today announced it has appointed Al Adamsen SVP of Leader & Workforce Transformation. Adamsen has extensive experience in using people data and analytics to enhance the well-being, performance, and impact of individuals, teams, groups, and organizations. 

Adamsen brings over 25 years of leadership experience to his new role. Before joining Perceptyx, he was founder and CEO of PAFOW, Inc., where he led conferences and academies focused on elevating the impact of people analytics, workforce planning, and employee experience professionals. He has also held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Gap Inc., Infohrm (now SAP/SuccessFactors), and Kenexa (now IBM). Additionally, he has served as a leadership and career coach to leaders and teams at organizations such as Disney, Apple, Cisco, Mayo Clinic, and Stanford University.

In this role, Petraetis will oversee and optimize Employ’s revenue organization to further organizational alignment, drive growth, and create effective talent development opportunities. He will focus on developing and implementing innovative revenue strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, working closely with the existing leadership team to align revenue and marketing efforts with the overall business objectives of Employ. As a member of the Employ executive leadership team, Petraetis will report to CEO Pete Lamson.
