Daxtra announced the addition of Jane Serra as head of growth marketing. Serra has more than 17 years of B2B experience, with a strong focus on SaaS, AI and automation solutions. She joins Daxtra shortly after its acquisition of the talent acquisition communications hub PivotCX which has further differentiated Daxtra as the leading provider of candidate-centric recruiting technology for staffing and enterprise companies.

Serra has a strong record of accomplishments, leading high-performance marketing teams and noteworthy product launches, with a focus on bringing value to her audiences. Working closely with partners, she believes wholeheartedly in the power of ecosystem and community-led growth, connecting people with the content, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed. Most recently, Serra was the vice president of Marketing at Wrk. Earlier in her career, she held similar roles at Justuno, Tinuiti and Pandologic.  

BambooHR®, the leading cloud-based human resource platform, today announced Jonathan Leaf as its new chief revenue officer. Leaf will oversee all revenue-generating functions, and be responsible for upleveling their integration and alignment. This is increasingly important to BambooHR as the company continues to invest in its rapid growth and innovate in the global Human Capital Management space.

Paycom Software, a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, announced that Randy Peck, a 20-year Paycom veteran, has been appointed to serve as Paycom’s Chief Operating Officer, while Matt Paque and Jennifer Kraszewski have been promoted to Chief Legal Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, respectively.

Samir brings over 30 years of experience leading software sales organizations across various industries, including HR Tech, Legal Tech, EdTech, Data Integrity, and Enterprise IT. Samir was previously Chief Revenue Officer at Litera, a leading provider of legal workflow and workplace technology, and Precisely, a global leader in data integrity. Samir has demonstrated a keen ability to scale organizations, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional growth results throughout his career.

Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, announced the appointment of Chris Herbert as Chief Content Officer. In this role, Herbert will lead all aspects of Pluralsight's content strategy and drive the creation of engaging and impactful learning experiences for all customers.

Herbert joins Pluralsight with more than 17 years of experience in digital media, technology, and content across notable media and technology companies. Before joining Pluralsight, Herbert held multiple leadership positions at CNN, including as the General Manager of CNN Digital. He also spent several years at the Weather Company, including as SVP, Growth Products and Emerging Platforms and as COO, Product & Technology. Herbert also served as Head of Special Projects in Bloomberg's Media Group.

Veritone announced that entertainment technology executive Michael Keithley, the former CIO of United Talent Agency and CIO/CTO of CAA, has been elected to its Board of Directors (“Board”).
