Here's a look at HR tech execs getting new jobs.

HiBob, the company behind the transformative HR platform Bob, is excited to announce Michal Lewy Harush as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO). This strategic hire underscores HiBob's commitment to leveraging IT and data to support continued growth and future milestones, including a potential IPO.

Reporting directly to CEO Ronni Zehavi, Lewy Harush will oversee Management Information Systems, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, and IT. As part of the executive leadership team, she will align the company's IT and data infrastructure with business objectives and growth plans, supporting digital transformation across departments like R&D, Product, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Finance, and HR to drive global expansion.

Apploi, the leading workforce platform in healthcare, announced the addition of Chanie Rubin as the newest member of its advisory board. Chanie Rubin will work alongside an esteemed group of industry thought leaders, including Sharon Gabrielson, Pat Mulloy, Jonathan Fields, and Randi Zuckerberg to collectively guide Apploi in its mission to address the healthcare staffing crisis.

HireRight, a leading global provider of technology-driven workforce risk management and compliance solutions, is pleased to announce that Euan Menzies has taken over the role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect.

Mr. Menzies joins HireRight with more than two decades of executive leadership experience, with a focus on private equity-backed software and information businesses, in various sectors including insurance and financial services, pharma services, and state and local government. His previous roles include Chairman and CEO positions at BioAgilytix and Bioclinica, and more than 10 years serving as President and CEO at Vertafore, an insurance software solutions company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Menzies also worked with Thomson Reuters.

Sutherlin brings over 15 years of experience in global people strategy, mobility, and expansion to Remofirst, where she will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to democratize global hiring and enable businesses to compliantly hire employees and contractors in over 180 countries.

SmartRecruiters a leader in enterprise talent acquisition software, today announced the appointment of Rebecca Carr, an established product leader and HR technology executive, as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. Rebecca also joins the company's Board of Directors.

With nearly a decade at SmartRecruiters, Rebecca transitions from her role as Chief Product Officer (CPO) to drive corporate strategy and advance SmartRecruiters' industry-leading talent acquisition technology as it embraces new investments in deep learning, AI, and automation.

Thompson has more than 30 years of corporate finance, investment banking within the HCM services sector and private equity experience, as well as a track record of driving financial and operational excellence across both private and public companies. He joins iCIMS from EverCommerce, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for service SMBs, where he served as CFO and supported the company's growth initiatives, drove its capitalization strategy and oversaw the finance and accounting organizations. He led the company through its successful IPO and execution of more than 50 acquisitions. Thompson previously served as co-head of investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co, where he formed the software and services team, which included an HCM sector focus, that executed 120+ financing and M&A transactions valued at more than $15 billion.

Workday announced the election of Rhonda J. Morris, vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) for Chevron Corporation, to its Board of Directors.

Morris' appointment to the Workday Board underscores Workday's commitment of delivering meaningful value to its customers, as she brings a unique, user-oriented perspective alongside a deep understanding of Workday's products.

Employ Inc a leading provider of people-first recruiting and talent acquisition solutions announced the appointment of Joey Humke as Chief Revenue Officer effective today.

In this role, Humke will oversee and optimize Employ’s revenue strategies, operations and growth initiatives. He will work closely with cross-functional teams and existing leadership to align revenue and marketing initiatives with the overall vision and business objectives to maximize revenue potential, reach current and new customers and drive Employ’s value proposition. As a member of the Employ executive leadership team, Humke will report to Employ CEO Steve Cox. 

Appcast announced that Matt Molinari, currently the chief operating officer, will become the chief executive officer on January 1, 2025. Molinari succeeds Chris Forman, founder and CEO, who will retire after more than a decade of building and growing the company.

Molinari has been with Appcast since 2017, leading business development, partnerships, strategy and day-to-day business operations. He’s overseen Appcast’s substantial growth from an early leader in programmatic advertising technology to the world’s leading recruitment marketing platform and buyer of recruitment media. Prior to Appcast, Molinari was one of the first 30 employees at Indeed rising to the position of VP of business development and playing an instrumental role in the company’s growth and eventual sale to Recruit for more than $1 billion.
