Employ Names New CEO

Employ Inc., comprehensive provider of purpose-built recruiting and talent acquisition technologies and parent company of JazzHRLeverJobvite and NXTThing RPO, today announces the appointment of Steve Cox as CEO, effective April 1, 2024. Cox succeeds former CEO, Pete Lamson.

New CEO @Guild

Guild, the leader in opportunity creation for America’s workforce, today announced that the company’s Board of Directors unanimously appointed Bijal Shah CEO and is adding her to the Board of Directors. Shah has been a trusted leader at Guild over the last six years, playing an instrumental role in driving the company’s growth and market leadership.

Joining Guild in 2018 as the company’s first Chief Product Officer, Bijal led a wide variety of teams, including product, engineering, and analytics. More recently, Shah served as the company’s Chief Experience Officer, responsible for bringing together Guild’s product, service operations, and technology to support Guild members in achieving their education and career goals. As Chief Experience Officer, Shah drove Guild’s scale to deliver a world-class experience for the millions of employees nationwide with access to Guild’s Career Opportunity Platform™.

In August 2023, Shah was appointed Interim CEO when Guild’s Founder and Former CEO, Rachel Romer, suffered a stroke. Romer continues to focus on her recovery and remains an active member of Guild’s Board of Directors. She is expected to take on a role as an Executive Chair after recovery but continues to be on leave at this time.

New Leadership at Pluralsight

Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, announced that Chris Walters has been named President and CEO, effective immediately. After more than 20 years of distinguished leadership, Aaron Skonnard will step down from his day-to-day operational duties as CEO but will continue to advise the company as Special Advisor to the Board and CEO.

Walters has built a decades-long track record of driving innovation and scaling large software and technology companies. He most recently served as CEO of Avantax, a leader in tax-focused financial planning and wealth management, where he orchestrated the company's successful sale to Cetera Holdings.

Censia Names CPO

COO Leaves Ziprecruiter

On April 8, 2024, Qasim Saifee resigned from his position as the Chief Operating Officer of ZipRecruiter, effective April 30, 2024. The company said Mr. Saifee’s resignation is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.

Pluralsight names Chief Delivery Officer

Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, announced the appointment of Erin Gajdalo as Chief Delivery Officer. In this newly established position, Gajdalo will be responsible for leading all aspects of Pluralsight's Operational Performance organization, including Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Program Management, Operations, Advanced Analytics, and the Office of the CEO.

UKG Names New President

UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions for all people, today announced that Rachel Barger, current Senior Vice President of the Americas at Cisco Systems, will join UKG as President, GTM on May 13, 2024. Greenhouse Names New CFO

Greenhouse, the leading hiring platform, today announced it has hired Paul Todgham as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Paul joins Greenhouse with over 20 years of experience across finance leadership, strategy and consulting. Paul has an impressive track record gained across many organizations, most recently as CFO at Cognex Corp, leading the company's global finance, sales operations and Information Technology organizations. Prior to joining Cognex, he spent six years at Levi Strauss & Company, where he held a range of senior leadership positions, including leading finance for the company's Global Supply Chain, Distribution, Merchandising, Planning, Design and Marketing teams. As Chief Financial Officer, Paul will lead the Finance department and join the Executive leadership team.
