Vetty Named as Hot Company to Watch in 2026

HR Tech Awards Published on December 8

AUSTIN, Texas — Vetty, an Austin-based platform specializing in hiring acceleration and compliance, has been named one of Nucleus Research’s "Hot Companies to Watch in 2026," cementing its status as a rising leader in the HR technology sector.

The recognition places Vetty among an exclusive group of just 11 vendors selected this year across various industries, including AI, analytics, and cloud technologies. Nucleus Research, a global provider of ROI-focused technology research, chose the honorees based on their ability to drive measurable business value, product innovation, and customer momentum.

Vetty’s selection highlights a growing market emphasis on efficiency and compliance in recruitment. The platform, known for unifying background screening, credentialing, and onboarding, was specifically cited for its ability to deliver significant efficiency gains for employers.

"HR has seen a huge shift over the last several months, with compliance becoming more of a focal point for organizations," said Jason Putnam, CEO of Vetty. "What was once seen as a box to check is rapidly becoming a strategic advantage, and that's what Vetty was designed to support. It's validating that Nucleus Research is looking ahead with us and seeing how and where we serve forward-thinking employers."

The accolade caps a year of aggressive growth for the company. In June 2025, Vetty reported a 22.4 percent year-over-year increase in revenue. Under Putnam’s leadership, the company has expanded its footprint in key verticals such as healthcare staffing and high-volume hiring, while simultaneously deepening software integrations and partnership channels.

As the labor market continues to evolve, Putnam emphasized the critical nature of streamlined operations. "With all the change in the market and all that remains to be seen, it's especially important that hiring processes work and work well," he noted.

Vetty positions itself as a "one-stop shop" for hiring acceleration, aiming to reduce the time from offer to active employment—a metric increasingly scrutinized by companies facing high turnover or urgent staffing needs.
