Deliver exceptional customer experiences through solution-driven approaches and, where required, executive sponsorship and engagement escalation management. Ensure your team of Engagement Managers meet or exceed expectations in completing projects successfully while meeting revenue targets and delivering business outcomes with a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure Engagement Managers are adhering to established processes and project data, financials and status is updated accurately and on-time. Participate in resource planning, resourcing allocation and capacity planning. Implement strategies for knowledge management, practice development, and continuous enablement in line with the greater Solution Delivery enablement strategy. Create a high-performance culture by performing on-going coaching, providing timely feedback and partnering with team members on development plans & career paths. 10+ years of professional services, project management, or consulting experience. A bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field. A proven track record in a similar leadership role focusing on enterprise SaaS implementation and project management. Experience with HRIS and Talent Intelligence solutions implementation strongly preferred. Experience with AI based technologies preferred. Strong leadership and people management skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
