Work Experience What you’ll do:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
What you’ve done:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the Automation Solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
