The Opportunity
We are searching for a Head of Product Marketing to lead and scale this critical function globally. Key Responsibilities
Define and drive Workvivo's narrative across the employee experience category, translating it into compelling segment-specific value propositions that resonate with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Drive the go-to-market strategy for Workvivo, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Lead analyst relations, driving strong positioning in Gartner, Forrester, and other key industry reports.
Drive consistent sales wins through sharp competitive positioning and unified messaging that the entire sales team can effectively deliver.
Build and scale a high-performing product marketing team, defining frameworks, best practices, and processes that set us up for long-term success.
Act as a key spokesperson for Workvivo at global events, in media, and across customer and partner engagements with a willingness to travel when needed.
Your Experience & Skills
7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
Deep understanding of the Employee Experience, HR Tech, or Work Tech landscape is a plus.
Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with a track record of crafting compelling narratives.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed and agility are key.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
