Who You Are
Justworks is looking for a Senior Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate and influencer marketing programs as key revenue-driving channels. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sourced and influenced pipeline by recruiting and managing SMB-focused affiliates and partnering with influential voices in the SMB community to amplify Justworks’ message.
This is a high-impact, data-driven role where you will have full ownership of partner strategy, recruitment, incentive modeling, performance tracking, and budget management. You will work closely with our performance marketing, brand, and content teams to integrate affiliate and influencer marketing into our larger growth engine.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
Affiliate Marketing
- Build and scale Justworks’ B2B affiliate marketing program to drive high-quality SMB leads.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across various SMB-focused industries.
- Develop and refine commission structures, incentive models, and payout strategies to maximize partner performance.
- Own and optimize tracking, attribution, and performance measurement via PartnerStack.
- Collaborate with paid media and content teams to integrate affiliates into broader demand generation efforts.
Influencer Marketing
- Co-create an Influencer strategy with the Communications team that defines how Justworks partners with influencers to generate brand awareness and drive pipeline growth.
- Define and establish KPIs to track progress and evaluate program success. Continuously optimize the portfolio, budget allocation, and expansion opportunities based on performance data.
- Structure compensation models and contract terms for influencer partnerships to ensure ROI.
- Track and optimize influencer-driven engagement and conversion, maximizing pipeline contribution.
Program Operations & Reporting
- Define and manage KPIs around sourced and influenced pipeline, ensuring measurable impact on revenue.
- Optimize conversion paths, tracking infrastructure, and reporting frameworks for both affiliates and influencers.
- Own the budget for affiliate payouts and influencer fees, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Create processes and structure for onboarding and working with affiliate and influencer partnerships at scale, including platform management, brand consistency, and procurement/billing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and new partnership opportunities in the B2B SMB marketing space.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partner marketing in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or SMB-focused tech environment.
- Proven track record of driving sourced and influenced pipeline through performance-based partnerships.
- Deep experience in managing and optimizing affiliate networks and structuring incentive models.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution modeling, ROI tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with PartnerStack or similar affiliate tracking platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, brand, content, and marketing operations teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to engage and nurture partners effectively.
- Ability to own a budget and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven growth marketing environment.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000 to $134,200 per year.
