Paradox is looking for a Product Manager to join our Tel Aviv-based team and lead the advancement of AI and large language model (LLM) applications across our products, with a focus on enhancing AI-driven conversations and hiring automation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a global team, solve real-world AI challenges at scale, and contribute to the continued evolution of our flagship product, Olivia. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams to help design and ship simple, beautiful and innovative AI software.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a product in the Paradox portfolio
- Create product and project plans, partnering closely with engineers, designers, clients, and beyond to align on expectations and deliver on plans
- Collaborate with teammates across Product and Engineering, actively contributing to agile transformation efforts, product roadmaps, and ongoing product initiatives
- Work closely with engineering and data labeling teams to build, test, and optimize AI-based features and to define and execute product initiatives
- Translate business requirements into simple, intuitive user interface design proposals and software solutions by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Relentlessly drive product innovation and new opportunities to enhance, improve, and evolve products and features
- Uphold our high standards for quality control, continuously monitoring and proactively solutioning for potential issues
- Define and implement LLM-driven enhancements to improve product functionality and user experiences
- Engage directly with clients to understand and solution their use cases, needs, and pain points in real-time
- Care deeply about our clients and solving complex HR, hiring, and recruiting challenges at scale
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience or demonstrated skill equivalence
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in building LLM/NLP-based products, including processes such as fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge of integrated solution design, including APIs, integrations, and UI/UX design principles
- Comfortable facilitating technical conversations with end users, clients, and internal teams
- Highly skilled at synthesizing and documenting product requirements and user stories
- Track record of success building and shipping software in a fast-paced agile environment
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate AI capabilities into practical user experiences
- Strong English fluency, both written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of NLP and/or Generative AI, including model capabilities, limitations, and LLM performance metrics
- Ability to work from our Tel Aviv, Israel office location
- Authorization to work in Israel
