About the Team
The Global Services Portfolio team is growing, and we're looking for a Product Manager to join us and support our continued success! We are on the front lines of creating & evolving Workday’s services approaches and Go to Market strategies. We focus on taking the complex, simplifying it & and packaging it for the field with a framework that drives revenue, decreases cost and increases deployment efficiency. While doing all of that, we add serious helpings of laughter and collaboration to every workday while celebrating each other's successes in work and life.
About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Product Manager to join our team. In this role you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Systems and more, representing the Services Products within our portfolio and be responsible for key deliverables in defining, building and rolling out offerings to the Workday field. Responsibilities will include:
Project Management
Crossfunctional collaboration to drive decisions & design
Services Estimation Requirements & Testing
Sales Enablement (documentation & live sessions)
Services Sales Enablement (documentation & live sessions)
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience
3+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables
2+ years of executive level communications
2+ years of experience in Software Services Estimation including documenting requirements and testing / validation

Collaboration - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
Communication - strong presence and ability to communicate appropriately across different levels and roles

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $141,400 USD - $212,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $134,300 USD - $238,600 USD
