What you'll do The HRIS Analyst is a key resource for the Human Resources department. The HRIS Analyst s responsible for maintaining the data integrity of all HR Information Systems (HRIS) and software applications. The HRIS Analyst compiles accurate and timely reports, develops metrics, and identifies trends. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing support and project implementation services for human resources applications. The HRIS Analyst works with internal Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to define system specifications/requirements, design, develop, program, and test features and functionality within various HR modules/applications. The HRIS Analyst responsibilities include primary ownership (serving as Subject Matter Expert) of medium-to-high complexity modules/applications. Requires solid understanding of HR business processes, workflow, and system architecture. The HRIS Analyst will partner with IT to address system break-fixes and routine patch/upgrade rollouts. Maintain quality and consistency of the HCM platform Provides support to ensure employee records are accurate and audit ready as needed Ensure that all data feeds are streamlined and operational Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to troubleshoot system issues. Communicates any changes in the HRIS systems with all HR staff members and is available to answer any related questions Research and resolve problems with configuration, rules, process flows, implementation and integration of new systems, etc. Monitor and track vendor’s problem recognition and resolution efforts Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Human Resource system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data Assist employees and leaders with HCM application portal navigation and training; develop instructional system guides Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains end-users on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, or other mechanisms, continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge Reviews and approves security access to HR systems Continuously audits the HR and Payroll databases for data quality and integrity by running queries and analyzing data Develops standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests from other departments or requesting agencies. Reports data errors to the Director, HR Operations, specifically, data that is being used for reporting purposes Produces monthly and quarterly scorecards. Conducts data analysis on HR data such as turnover, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as requested Provides support and project implementation services for human resources applications. Project implementation responsibilities include collaborating with internal partners to analyze, program, test, document and implement medium-to-high complexity Participates in project groups and task forces related to the utilization of existing capabilities, upgrades and other topics, as assigned Coordinates, schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects as assigned Process employee data transactions in the core HRIS system, ensures accuracy, completeness and timely entry in accordance with the service level agreement Manages HR Operations inbox Reviews and approves security access to HR systems Sets priorities/plans and manage a diverse set of tasks with minimal guidance Performs other related duties as assigned What we need from you Education: High School or GED, required 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, IT, or Business Administration, preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years HR Systems experience, required Minimum 3 years Microsoft Excel experience, required Minimum 1 year Analytical and data integrity management experience, required Minimum 2 years Knowledge of UKG (Kronos) HR and/or UKG Workforce Management experience, required Minimum 1 year Project Management experience, preferred Skills: Analysis & Evaluation Data Management Organizing/Categorizing Records Communication Auditing Attention to Detail Self-Motivated Maintain Confidentiality Project Management/Planning Computer Skills Initiating Projects Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
