(prefer candidates in Austin, TX) supports Hanger\'s implementation and
maintenance of Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate has experience
implementing and configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and/or Payroll
modules, can work with and manage multiple project components at once
and possesses the skills to communicate and partner in a professional
manner. Experience implementing or configuring Oracle HCM Time and Labor
(OTL) or Absence Management is a plus. Your Impact Implement, configure,
troubleshoot, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, including Journeys,
Redwood, Wellness, Approvals, Security and Reporting. Serve as the
liaison between the HRIS Manager and the Core HR project team. Works
collaboratively with functional users, technical resources, and vendors
to deliver best-in-class configuration and processes. Communicates and
escalates implementation issues, risks, or blockers to HRIS Manager.
