About the Team
Within the Field Strategy & Analytics organization, SD Strategy is accountable for crafting the forward-looking operating models that scale pipeline production with repeatable processes, systems, and metrics.

About the Role
The Global SD Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a strong Senior Manager, SD Strategy to support our North America business segments. This person will require a broad and deep understanding of Sales Development motions and technologies within SaaS. As a standard motion, this person will collaborate with all of our senior leadership in Sales Development, Digital Sales, Marketing, Field Sales and Revenue Operations organizations to analytically identify key growth triggers or to holistically diagnose issues for production and process improvements. Additionally, this individual will be key business leader, providing the vision, analytical insights, and guidance necessary for the Senior Director, Sales Development - North America to effectively guide the business and shape a best-in-class organization. Overseeing and optimizing the following operating pillars will be the key to succeeding in this role: Organizational Design, Compensation & Incentive Plans, Performance Management, GTM Operating Model, Workforce Management, and Project Management.
About You
Basic Qualification
- 7+ years within Field Strategy, Sales Operations, and Analytics
Other Qualification
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce (SFDC), Clari
- Solid understanding and experience working in data analysis and with data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, PowerBI, Python, etc.)
- Emotionally intelligent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written and able to communicate in kind with VP+ level on a frequent basis
- Ability to collaborate optimally with users at all levels and varying technical levels
- Passion and skill around analytics and complex problem-solving
- Curiosity and a dedication to lifelong learning, especially as it comes to AI
- A finely tuned sense of urgency in relation to leadership expectations and delivery on those expectations
- Ability to handle pressured resolution timeframes and conflicting or competing priorities
- Proven initiative, flexibility, and follow-through
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
