We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior HRIS Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our Workday HRIS system, supporting our HR function, and ensuring data integrity. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to process improvements.
The Senior HRIS Admin plays a key role in day-to-day HRIS operations and projects as assigned. This role collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and translates those business needs into requirements. The Workday HRIS Analyst will solution Workday functionality including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting and Dashboards. Additionally, the incumbent delivers solutions that incorporate best practices and enhances the user experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Analyzes business processes and develops workflows for multiple functional areas, including Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time, Absence.
•Supports best practices and collaborates within the HRIS team.
•Identifies opportunities to enhance Workday knowledge amongst stakeholders and users. Partners with teams to provide training.
•Analyzes Workday releases to identify opportunities that enhance our environment.
•Partners with users to develop test scenarios and support user test execution.
•Identifies, tracks, and resolves issues and defects within Workday.
•Participates in the Workday Community and other forums to increase technical and industry knowledge.
•Collaborates with IT and Finance in the administration of the Workday platform.
•Detects business process improvement opportunities and creates proposals outlining current and future state.
•Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Good technical and functional knowledge of Workday with knowledge in at least one functional area. (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance)
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
•Ability to support moderately complex projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
•Minimum of 3 years’ Workday HRIS related experience required.
•Workday Certification a plus.
