Our client in the Cleveland, Ohio area is looking for a Senior HRIS Administrator.
This is a hybrid position (3 days on site; 2 days work from home) in Cleveland
This role is a Kronos Admin / Support / Basic PM / managing projects with vendors.
Job Duties:
- Provide recommendations to corporate HR Team on system best practices, systems settings and automation integrations within the HRIS environment
- Act as a project manager when outside consultants are used for overflow and custom system work
- Lead all HRIS activities for US business units currently using the Kronos/UKG Dimensions HCM system
- Run various reports and provide analysis on payroll and labor data, as needed
- Responsible for working on various HRIS system issues and change requests, as required from internal customers
- Provide technical support in Kronos HCM, acting as a resource to the US HR team
- Ongoing design and enhancement of HR tools and templates, with a focus on effective solutions, streamlined integration, and usability
- Provide a full range of systems administration support and end-user training
- Serve as the application SME (subject matter expert); review reporting options, provide analysis and input in the implementation and upgrade of HR applications and systems
- Recommend process improvements within the HRIS and contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects
- Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required but candidates with relevant experience will be considered for this position
- Experience: 5+ years HRIS system administrator/analyst experience in Kronos/UKG Dimensions HCM system required for this position
Skills & Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, strong MS Excel and HRIS systems experience and ability to work with others through complex situations.
