Culture Amp is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong development skills to design and implement scalable, high-impact solutions in our Salesforce CRM ecosystem. This is a hybrid role requiring deep technical expertise and strong solution design capability.
As a Lead, Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem aligns with our enterprise architecture, scales with business growth, and supports critical business functions across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and more.
This is a highly visible and impactful role requiring a mix of hands-on technical expertise, strong solution design skills, and cross-functional leadership.
You will play a key role in partnering with business leaders across Revenue Operations and other business units to translate complex business needs into elegant, performant Salesforce solutions. Your focus will include Sales Cloud, custom applications, and cross-system integrations that support our growing SaaS business.

In this role, you will own:
Solution Architecture & Development
- Design and implement end-to-end architectures across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience) and integrated systems.
- Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Informatica.
- Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Maintain architectural documentation and ensure scalable data models, secure design, and platform best practices.
- Mentor developers and admins, lead technical design sessions, and enforce high development standards and governance.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools to optimize performance and user productivity.
- Define and implement QA standards and test strategies and ensure solution reliability
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders to understand and translate business objectives into scalable system solutions
- Analyze upstream/downstream impacts and document solution designs and workflows
Governance & Enablement
- Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and CI/CD processes
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with admins and developers
- Evaluate and recommend AppExchange and third-party solutions as needed
Platform Strategy & Innovation
- Continuously optimize platform performance, data hygiene, and compliance (security, governance, scalability)
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and proactively introduce improvements aligned with business growth
You Have:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security/sharing architecture, and governor limits
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools like MuleSoft)
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations
- DevOps knowledge: Git, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience integrating and optimizing GTM tools within Salesforce, including 6Sense, Cloudingo, LeanData, DealHub, Chili Piper, Momentum, and Vitally.
- Salesforce certifications: System Architect and/or Application Architect required; Platform Developer II preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Salescloud, preferably with CPQ & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with large data volumes and performance optimization strategies
- Experience in SaaS, high-growth, or B2B environments
