About the Team
Workday Illuminate is delivering the new AI focused experience for Workday customers, and most importantly their employees. Illuminate is at the forefront of Workday’s AI & Agentic initiatives with the objective to deliver and integrate Agentic capabilities across the entire Workday platform, including the widespread adoption and AI powered Assist features, rapid creation and deployment of Workday-native AI Agents, and the delivering Workday’s Agent System of Record.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated problem solver and hardworking collaborator to fill the role of Sr Product Manager on the Workday’s Agent System of Record team. This individual is someone that gets passionate about solving cross-product business problems, discovering how to use and enhance Workday technology, and working in partnership with our technical team.
A Sr Product Manager will develop and articulate ASOR platform product strategy, vision, and roadmap balancing platform innovation, alignment with our partners needs and overall company goals, supporting the product & engineering teams in many critical areas, with responsibilities including:
Lead the delivery of innovative & scalable agentic solutions covering the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Partner with Technical Architects & Functional Architect to specify & design strategic product initiatives.
Serve as the representative for cross-team initiatives taking place outside of your direct team and functional domain, providing guidance and direction to collaborating teams.
Develop an understanding of the critical projects and initiatives in the team’s functional domain reviewing proposed feature specifications, and provide guidance on feature decisions & deirection
Assist in scoping and sizing discussions with a focus on cross-team impacts, strategic goals, and critical deployments.
Work with Product Marketing to analyze customer feedback and usage data to make recommendations on design and prioritization.
Organize and prioritize tools and framework enhancement requests for your functional area.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product management, including 2+ years of delivering 0-1 products.
Experience in enterprise product management, specifically in productizing Agentic applications.
Have experience connecting with and delivering content to both developer and business executive audiences.
Functional understanding of the Workday architecture, including Business Process Framework, Security, UI, Reporting, and Web Services.
Other Qualifications
Strong analytical abilities, able to explore and research ambiguous problem spaces, using data to create actionable, meaningful units of work.
Consistent track record in defining business problems, researching user needs, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and participating in the Agile process.
Excellent organizational, collaboration and communication skills
An inherently collaborative style that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to successfully implement sophisticated product roadmaps.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
