JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as a
subject matter expert on HR systems, identifying technology needs and
process improvements to drive operational excellence and enhance overall
associate experience Manage and support the HRIS system, including but
not limited to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation modules
Configure and customize system workflows, permissions, and features to
meet evolving business needs Evaluate and implement new system
features to improve user experience and HR outcomes Support HRIS
integration with other enterprise systems and other HR supporting
systems Develop reports, dashboards, and key metrics to support HR and
business decision-making Ensure data accuracy and integrity through
regular audits and protocol development Troubleshoot system issues and
perform root cause analysis to implement effective solutions Provide
functional and technical support for system upgrades, integrations, and
enhancements Create and maintain system documentation, standard
procedures, and best practices Gather regular customer feedback on
utilization and determine system improvements Deliver user training
and develop materials to support adoption of system features Maintain
the global organizational chart Partner with cross-functional teams to
support HR technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies,
regulations, and best practices in data management and governance
Collaborate with IT to ensure sustainable and compliant solutions
