Job Summary
The HRIS Functional Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert in Workday Security, supporting the implementation and ongoing deployment of Core HCM, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze system requirements, ensure alignment with business needs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Role Description

Configure Workday Security roles and domain policies across key HCM modules.

Create and maintain Workday reports to support HR operations and decision making.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze IT system requirements.

Align IT applications with business capabilities across various levels.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system mapping and catalogs.

Provide consistent updates and insights to business stakeholders.

Assist in related projects and support tasks as needed by Business Analysts.

Analyze and map IT applications to cross-functional business processes.

Ensure documentation accuracy and currency to reflect system changes.

Facilitate effective communication between IT and business teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in IT system use.

Other Requirements
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
