In this role, you’ll partner with assigned customers to help them build their winning workforce through a best-in-class talent acquisition approach leveraging the iCIMS Talent Cloud! Equipped with leading industry tools including Gainsight, you’ll build and continually update mutual success plans, aligning customer goals with an effective talent acquisition strategy. With the additional support of internal cross-functional subject matter experts, you’ll ensure high customer satisfaction and renewal rates.

Responsibilities - Compléter avec succès les programmes de formation de l'entreprise afin de développer une expertise dans les produits du Talent Cloud d’iCIMS et l'industrie du recrutement.
- En collaboration avec nos équipes Account Management et Professional Services, vous travaillerez à comprendre les objectifs commerciaux des clients, les produits achetés, les défis, la stratégie et la maturité d'embauche, la stack technologique, etc.
- Tirez parti de Gainsight et des plates-formes d'analyse pour développer une compréhension approfondie de l'adoption de nos solutions par les clients, des informations sur les données et des processus tout en comprenant la santé globale du compte.
- Participer à des revues commerciales stratégiques avec les clients pour élaborer et mettre à jour en permanence des plans de réussite mutuels qui alignent les objectifs commerciaux sur une stratégie efficace d'acquisition de talents.
- Grâce à une approche consultative, porter la voix du client en matière de support et de produit. Diriger et guider les clients tout au long du parcours de résolution.
- Garantir une santé et confiance excepti onnelles à vos clients, afin de maintenir un taux de renouvellement élevé.
- Établir des relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes C Levels pour mener des conversations stratégiques sur les data insights, les KPI, la valeur et le succès global.
- Successfully complete company training programs to build expertise in the iCIMS Talent Cloud products and TA industry.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including account management and professional services to understand assigned customer business objectives, products purchased, challenges, hiring strategy and maturity, technology stack, and more.
- Leverage Gainsight and analytics platforms to build a deep understanding of customer adoption, data insights, and process while monitoring overall account health.
- Engage in strategic business reviews with customers to build and continually update mutual success plans that align business goals to an effective talent acquisition strategy.
- Through a consultative approach, be the customer advocate for support and product matters. Lead and guide customers through the resolution journey.
- Ensure outstanding customer health and sentiment, ultimately driving a high renewal rate.
- Build customer stakeholder relationships through C-level to lead strategic conversations about data insights, KPI’s, value, and overall success.
Qualifications - Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Au moins 5ans d'expérience dans un rôle en contact avec le client en ayant eu la responsabilité du succès et des renouvellements des clients d’un éditeur SaaS ou dans un rôle de Talent Acquisition ayant eu en charge le succès de sa stack technologique.
- Une passion pour aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes commerciaux avec des solutions technologiques avancées.
- Capacité à utiliser des données et des analyses pour créer des informations pratiques afin d'élaborer des plans stratégiques pour les clients et de démontrer la valeur.
- Expérience dans l'établissement de relations avec plusieurs niveaux hiérarchiques de vos clients afin d’aligner les objectifs commerciaux sur la stratégie technologique et soutenir leur succès continu.
- Capacité à hiérarchiser les demandes concurrentes des clients, en s'associant en interne avec les principales parties prenantes pour assurer le succès.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- 5+ years of prior experience in a customer facing role with accountability for customer success and renewals in a SaaS environment or experience in a talent acquisition role responsible for TA technology stack success.
- A passion for helping customers solve business issues with advanced technology solutions.
- Shown success using data and analytics to create practical insights to build customer strategic plans.
- Experience forming relationships at multiple levels of the customer to align business goals to technology strategy and support their continued success.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests from customers, partnering internally with key stakeholders to ensure success.
