Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated HRIS Intern to support our HRIS team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR systems, data organization, and internal process support.
Duties

Assist in the maintenance and organization of employee records within the HRIS system.

Prepare, format, and edit documents and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Support data entry, audits, and updates in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist with the documentation of HR processes and standard operating procedures.

Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and other departments.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

Exceptional written communication skills-clarity, grammar, and professionalism are a must.

High attention to detail, with the ability to catch and correct errors.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
