This role is responsible for data reporting, analytics, and technical
administration support of multiple HR based systems. The ideal candidate
will have experience in creating and managing dashboards relating to HR
business processes while understanding the system architectures and
processes to drive continuous improvement. The incumbent must perform
collaboratively, communicating effectively to multiple audiences, and
understands the importance of holistic approach, critical thinking, and
application through their performance making sound decisions for
successful outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain
reports and dashboards via Voith HR systems based on HR\'s data
priorities. Ensure reporting is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned
with business needs Review HR datasets to identify trends, outliers,
or areas of concern and communicate those findings clearly to HR
partners Support workforce analytics including headcount, turnover,
compensation, and engagement data Compile and analyze employee data
to provide decision support to help drive the business in areas such as
Human Capital Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and
Payroll Partnering cross-functionally with associated team members
including Payroll, IT, and Accounting Identifying risks or
