Seeking a new career challenge? Then Woolpert is seeking you! Woolpert is hiring an Enterprise HRIS Engineer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position reports to the Senior Manager of HR Technology and is responsible for supporting our global company's HRIS technical requirements through scalable system configuration and code-based automations and integrations. This includes building system reports and business intelligence dashboards; creating secure worker data integrations written in Python; creating system workflows and forms using XML; acting as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting issues; and applying a flexible, outside-the-box technical mindset to solve business problems while considering the end user experience and ensuring appropriate data security.

Essential Functions
As an Enterprise HRIS Engineer at Woolpert, you will:
Integrations & Automation: Build and maintain cloud-based integrations and automations using Python and APIs to eliminate manual processes and ensure data integrity.
System Configuration: Implement and manage HR system configuration changes to meet evolving business needs, including configuring forms, workflows, pay-related elements, and others.
Report & Dashboard Development: Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Dayforce to support HR analytics, decision-making, and internal processes.
HR System Support: Act as an escalation tier for HR system internal customer troubleshooting.
Process Documentation: Maintain documentation related to responsibilities for reference, training, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience with HRIS configuration (preferably Dayforce) and HR data
Including at least 2 years creating automations and integrations using Python and APIs
Proficiency with HR systems
Ability to configure Enterprise HCM systems (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate Power BI skills

Intermediate SQL skills
Understanding of XML

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Master's degree
5 years of technical experience in implementing and optimizing Dayforce.
3 years of experience creating automations or integrations using Python and APIs
Experience working on acquisition integrations and implementation of HR technology systems across multiple countries.
