Job Overview & Responsibilities As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be part of ULA's HRIS team who is responsible for the day-to-operations, functional support and governance of full-suite SuccessFactors modules. Configures and serves as system administrator for multiple SuccessFactors modules. Actively involved in continued innovation to the HRIS technical infrastructure: research recommendations, leads improvements and solutions to improve user experience and support business processes. Source for technical advice, guidance, and support to all end users on one or more modules of SuccessFactors. Ensures data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Performs system maintenance, including conducting functional reviews, testing and implementation of release changes, upgrades, enhancements or break/fixes. Identifies risks and system issues across all platforms and escalates as necessary. Manages the system's security using Role Based Permissions (RBP). Support internal and external audit data requests. Leads technical projects specific to HR business processes and activities. Serve as liaison to Business partners, COE teams and Information Technology department on to develop and champion HR and Business needs. Manages multiple vendors in support of SuccessFactors platform (i.e. SuccessFactors and support partner). THIS POSITION CAN BE A LEVEL 3 or 4 based on the length of experience and qualifications below. Required Education Bachelor Required Years of Experience Minimum of 4 years of related work experience Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications for Level 3: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience working HRIS software applications. Experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with SAP Role Based Permissions (RBP). Proven ability to handle multiple projects along with competing deadlines. Problem solving/analytical skills; attention to detail, follow-up skills. Outstanding communicationskills, both verbal and written with ability to design and deliver training materials to end users. Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of employees. Additional Qualifications for Level 4: Minimum of 6+ years related experience. Strong business acumen in the field of HR, and a solid understanding of workflows and processes. Demonstrated success in project management to include experience with systems implementations and upgrades. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence other team members.
