What does a Broker Success Manager do?
As a Broker Success Manager at isolved, you will play a pivotal role in relationship management, serving as the key liaison between our organization and external brokers. Your expertise in employee benefits, especially fringe benefits, COBRA, and HSA systems, will empower you to maintain professional relationships that foster client satisfaction. Collaboration is crucial; you'll work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, Benefits, and Support, to swiftly resolve issues and ensure seamless operations. With your proactive approach to issue resolution, you'll identify and tackle problems head-on, ensuring a positive client experience. Navigating complex platforms will come naturally to you, allowing you to effectively manage communication, including sensitive information and difficult conversations.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- A passion for customer service
- Exceptional personal interaction and verbal/written communication skills
- Organized and methodical with excellent follow-through to ensure Agent/Broker expectations and deadlines are achieved
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with other departments (Sales, Customer support, implementation, etc.)
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to work with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with CRM (NetSuite, SalesForce, BA/BS preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in Fringe Benefits including COBRA/FSSA/HSA/HRA
- Strong customer service focus
- Be located in one of the following states: NC, AZ, IA, IN, UT, MA
