As the Manager, Talent Acquisition for NAM Revenue team, you will be the person in Talent Acquisition aligned to specific business groups. This includes being responsible for overseeing staffing strategy, resource planning, team management and hitting KPIs. You will also be a key partner to the HR Business Partners aligned to the same business leaders and their teams.

Some things you’ll enjoy tackling:
Design and execute strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Revenue leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure KPIs are met
Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
Identify & implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent to Deel
Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across the organization
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent
