Summary/objective
The HCM Sales Representative role focuses on acquiring new clients within the HCM software industry, targeting organizations with significant growth potential. This position involves engaging with a broad range of business professionals to demonstrate the value of our technology solutions. Success in this role is driven by collaboration with insurance brokers and other Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate high-quality referrals. The position plays an integral part in expanding the company's presence across various industries, contributing to overall sales growth and client diversity.

- Identify and pursue potential clients, converting leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of business professionals.
- Leverage relationships with insurance brokers and other COIs to source and follow up on high-quality leads.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quota objectives.
- Present and demonstrate HCM technology solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs and challenges of various industries and business roles.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
