About the Team
We are seeking a hardworking and driven individual to lead critical
initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity to orchestrate a
significant multi-year program passionate about modernization and
optimization of key business systems and processes. Following the
successful completion of this foundational program, we will transition
into a broader program management role, continuing to lead and
deliver impactful strategic projects across the organization. In this
role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating intricate and
strategic programs that are imperative to Workday's success. We are

About the Role
This role requires a credible program management professional with a consistent history of successfully running large-scale, sophisticated projects, strong collaboration, and the ability to navigate
ambiguity. We are looking for a candidate that is a strategic problem solver with outstanding execution capabilities, capable of driving alignment across teams and ensuring successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and run all aspects of a significant, multi-year strategic program.
Then, transition to leading programs from a portfolio covering the accounting organization.
Build comprehensive project plans including timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business workstream leads, IT, and external partners, to define requirements, run dependencies, and ensure seemless execution.
Leverage understanding of CRM systems and standard processes, with a preference for Salesforce experience, to guide the program.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, developing and implementing effective contingency plans.
Communicate efficiently, timely, and with details appropriate to the audience.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills are a must.
Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks and quality standards.
Drive decision-making and problem-solving to keep the program on track.
Identify and implement process improvements for how we run projects.
About You
Required Qualifications:
4+ years leading multi-year, cross-functional, technology based end-to-end programs at enterprise scale.
BS or MS or equivalent experience in either Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Experience with heavy Change Management lifts in a program.
Salesforce or Order-to-Cash experience.
Proficiency in program tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheets).
Other Qualifications:
Strongly preferred: Experience working with CRM platforms, with specific experience implementing or handling projects related to Salesforce.
PMP or PgMP certification.
2+ years of software experience.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (developing reporting dashboards).
You know (and love) Workday Finance and related applications.
Experience collaborating with multiple layers of the organization with shown success initiating change and influencing at all levels.
Strong organization skills, capable of leading opposing priorities and handling varying workloads.
Curiosity about process optimization.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $117,400 USD - $176,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,500 USD - $198,000 USD
