If so, we are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about collaborating within a team to create the future experience of Workday Orchestrate. Orchestrate is Workday’s latest and greatest developer tool that our customers and partners are using to innovate, integrate and automate. It is the new tool of choice for Workday Integrations solutions, and you will be responsible for broadening capabilities for the Workday customer and partner developer ecosystem. About the Role
Does the challenge of building the best in class enterprise developer platform appeal to you? Would you like to explore this challenge for a fast-growing company who's poised to be an authority in the SaaS market? If so, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the breadth and depth of connectivity in our integration developer platform. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that involves collaboration with multiple customers across the company and with the Workday partner ecosystem. We are looking for product managers who love ambiguity and thrive on cutting through complexity to deliver value to our customers. We are also looking for a Product Manager with a passion for applying AI to make day to day processes more efficient.
In this role, you would:
Create strong connections with customers, partners, UX and product engineering teams to continuously champion the future of the Orchestrate developer experience
Identify user gaps and opportunities, gathering key information that fuels the future of the Orchestrate developer experience.
Define a product roadmap and resolve requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business needs
Write detailed specifications based on prioritized requirements
Work closely with the development organization through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery
Collaborate with a variety of engineering teams across the organization to bring new products to market.
Championing features beyond initial delivery, creating clear success metrics and defining how to track that success.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
Applies AI every day to drive efficiency in personal, team, or customer developer processes
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven track record as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role which includes excellent analytical skills, including exploration, research, and measurement
- 3+ years' experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Proven experience with scrum and other Agile development methodologies
Other Qualifications
- Adopts new technologies, like AI, and always seeking a deeper level of technical understanding
- Experience in data integration
- Experience with times of ambiguity
- Proven interpersonal, cross- team collaboration and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, coordinating and delivering results
- Demonstrated ability to strategically think about problems from different perspectives and leverage both qualitative inputs and quantitative data to drive roadmap prioritization
- Proven understanding of systems or software engineering experience with a focus on architecture, performance, and scalability
- Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL)
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS Applications
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Workato, Boomi)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
