They also research salary trends, develop competitive compensation strategies, evaluate job roles, and ensure compliance with compensation-related laws, aligning total rewards with organizational goals and performance management.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field combined with experience in data management. One to three years in HR, finance, business, or IT with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Range: $70,766- $79,983 based on experience
