Job Title: Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Location: York, PA (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Pay Range:$27.00
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Manage and maintain HRIS platforms such as UKG, SuccessFactors (SF), or SAP, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Conduct audits to review data accuracy, compliance, and internal controls related to payroll, benefits, and HR records.
Support HR processes by analyzing employee data and generating reports to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionalities and implement updates or improvements.
Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing user support to ensure seamless HR operations.
What's Needed?
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
Auditing experience related to HR data, payroll, or benefits.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
