The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale our Hiring Intelligence product suite, focusing on the tools and experiences used by recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for features that empower hiring teams with intelligent automation, decision support, and end-to-end orchestration across the hiring lifecycle. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for features that empower hiring teams — and move fast, prototyping intelligent capabilities and agents to test, validate, and iterate in weeks, not months.You should bring a strong AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience in prototyping, context engineering, and turning experiments into production.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the roadmap for one or multiple verticals within the Hiring Intelligence suite (e.g. candidate, screening, interviewer tools, decision supporter, ...)
- Deeply understand recruiter workflows to uncover opportunities for automation, AI assistance, and workflow orchestration
- Drive execution across engineering, design, ML/AI, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Establish a seamless implementation and onboarding experience for our enterprise customers
- Define success metrics (e.g. usage, time saved, accuracy, satisfaction) and use data to refine direction
- Ensure safety, transparency, and governance for AI/agent features (human-in-the-loop, auditing, bias control)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer teams to package and scale your vertical’s features
What You’ve Done
- 5–10+ years in product management (B2B/SaaS), preferably in HR tech or data-driven enterprise domains
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered products and a 0 to 1 mentality.
- Passion for building quality products, with a ruthless prioritization framework that drives impactful decisions.
- Customer obsession mindset, an unwavering commitment to earn trust, and a deep dive mentality.
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, and experiment-driven development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- High empathy for recruiter and interviewer personas and deep insight into hiring workflows
