About the Role
This role will support a mission critical area of our business - the teams building, maintaining, and securing the underlying infrastructure and platforms that power Workday's services, ensuring operational stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement This role focuses efforts on organization and operating model design, talent management, leadership coaching, manager effectiveness, transformations & change management.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- Strategic HR Planning: Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to build and execute a complete talent agenda for the organization
- Talent Management: Leads talent management and succession planning strategies and processes to develop world-class executive talent.
- Analyze employee data to create valuable insights & recommendations that improve employee experience.
- Custom-build people initiatives that accelerate change: master the art of building, deploying, and/or facilitating high-impact, laser-focused initiatives that realize clear value.
- Deliver coaching and insights that grow the leader effectiveness- regularly assess/diagnose organizational health and activate executive coaching skills.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with the HR ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Employee Relations, Compensation, etc.
Other Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years as a strategic business partner
- Strategic experience supporting one or more executives at the top 3 levels of an organization.
- Experience driving large scale structural and organizational design and development efforts along with related change management activities
- Experience building sophisticated business cases using data to tell a compelling story, and enable decision making
- Experience serving global organizations and building strong, multi-geo partnerships with all functions within our people organization.
- Able to build multi-year talent strategies that align talent needs with business objectives
- Hands on, detailed, professional who enjoys spanning between high impact strategic work while executing on tactics to ensure flawless and seamless delivery of all HR programs
- Serious but fun approach to your work
- Preferable experience supporting technology/development leaders

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $170,100 USD - $255,100 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,600 USD - $255,100 USD
