What’s the Opportunity
As Deel continues to expand globally and diversify its product offerings, driving sustainable and scalable growth through the product is critical. We’re looking for a Sr. Growth Product Manager to identify, test, and scale high-impact opportunities across the user journey—from activation to engagement, retention, and expansion.
In this role, you’ll leverage data, experimentation, and user insights to understand where users experience friction, where value is under-realized, and where growth loops can be unlocked. By partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, GTM, and Design teams, you’ll develop a strategy and roadmap that accelerates user adoption, deepens engagement, and meaningfully contributes to revenue growth.
You are an experienced product manager who thrives in hypothesis-driven environments, enjoys experimentation frameworks, and knows how to balance quick wins with long-term growth systems. You’ll be responsible for shaping the growth strategy, running iterative experiments, and scaling proven solutions to deliver outsized impact across the product.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for driving product-led growth across key funnel stages (activation → engagement → retention → expansion).
Conduct data analysis, user research, and funnel diagnostics to identify friction points and high-leverage opportunities.
Design and run structured experiments, including A/B tests, messaging variations, onboarding optimizations, pricing or packaging tests, and in-product nudges.
Build cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Sales, and Success teams.
Translate insights into scalable product improvements that compound user and revenue growth over time.
Balance rapid experimentation with thoughtful scaling—knowing when to iterate, pivot, or double down.
Communicate results clearly to leadership, tying impact to measurable business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a growth, lifecycle, experimentation, or PLG-focused role at a fast-paced scale-up / startup.
Strong analytical skills with experience working closely with data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
Experience running structured experimentation at scale (A/B testing, funnel optimization, activation/retention loops).
Ability to operate autonomously, lead initiatives end-to-end, and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
Strong product intuition paired with thoughtful user empathy—able to connect quantitative signals with qualitative insight.
Comfortable working in a remote-first, high-velocity environment with evolving priorities.
