We’re seeking a QA Manager to join the Workvivo team. In this role, you’ll focus deeply on driving exceptional quality across multiple agile teams, ensuring every release meets the highest standards. You’ll lead both manual and automation efforts, shaping our QA strategy and advancing our automation frameworks to enhance speed, coverage, and reliability. You’ll play a key role in fostering collaboration and continuously improving how we deliver world-class products to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Leading and growing high-performing QA function spanning multiple cross-functional agile teams.
- Overseeing both manual QA specialists and our test automation framework team, ensuring quality is embedded at every stage of delivery.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, introducing new tools, processes, and best practices to elevate quality and efficiency.
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure we ship reliable, scalable, and customer-centric releases.
- Shaping our long-term test strategy and automation roadmap, balancing speed with robustness.
- Empowering and mentoring QA engineers, helping them develop technically and professionally.
- Influencing cross-team engineering standards and advocate for quality as a shared responsibility across the org.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrate a proven QA leader with experience managing manual and automation teams in an agile environment.
- Have deep a understanding of test strategy, automation frameworks, and continuous integration practices.
- Display skill in building and scaling QA processes that balance speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Be a hands-on problem solver who’s comfortable digging into the details when needed but can also set long-term direction.
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration and can partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and CX to ensure quality is owned across the lifecycle.
- Prioritise and be passionate about continuous improvement — introducing new tools, processes, and ideas to raise the bar for quality.
- Communicate effectively and be mentor who inspires their team and helps others grow.
