How you can help make a better world of work
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team and deliver high-quality financial partnership, planning support, and commercial insights to stakeholders. You’ll support budgeting and forecasting, provide scenario modelling and ad‑hoc analysis, and help build financial acumen and accountability across the business—grounded in SaaS metrics and our operating rhythms.
As part of this team of amazing humans,
You will:
- Provide high-quality business partnering support to stakeholders across product, go‑to‑market, and operational functions, translating financials into meaningful, actionable insights for non‑finance audiences.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting support, enabling accurate visibility of performance versus plan and surfacing key risks and opportunities.
- Deliver commercial analysis, scenario modelling, and ad‑hoc financial insights to evaluate projects, investments, and business initiatives.
- Support KPI and metric reporting with a SaaS focus (e.g., ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR), partnering with FP&A and data teammates on reporting improvements.
- Partner in month-end activities by reviewing P&L accuracy for your area and escalating anomalies or data issues to improve our reporting quality.
- Proactively improve reporting, data quality, and financial processes; create or refine lightweight playbooks that increase clarity and efficiency for stakeholders.
- Use Culture Amp’s finance tech stack—including Sheets/Excel, NetSuite, and Workday Adaptive—for insight generation, planning and forecasting.
You have
- 3+ years’ finance experience, ideally with exposure to business partnering, strategic finance or FP&A in a SaaS or high-growth environment; Big 4 experience also valued.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring numbers to life and influence outcomes without authority.
- Intermediate to advanced financial modelling skills and strong data manipulation; comfort working through imperfect data to protect decision quality.
- Familiarity with SaaS or business performance metrics, financial reporting, and KPI frameworks; curiosity about how actions drive commercial outcomes.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; exposure to NetSuite and/or Workday Adaptive is a plus.
- A detail-oriented, organised approach and comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining pace and accuracy.
You are
- A proactive, trusted partner who builds relationships, communicates clearly, and makes complex financials accessible for non‑finance stakeholders.
- Curious, resilient, and growth‑minded - energised by improving the way we plan, report, and make decisions.
- Motivated to contribute to Culture Amp’s commercial evolution and help amplify others through better insights and education.
