Senior HRIS Analyst (multiple openings), Carmeuse Lime & Stone, Inc., Pittsburgh, PA.
Duties: Serve as a key resource in supporting the management and optimization of our Human Resources (HR) software applications with a very strong technical and functional focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. Closely collaborate with Carmeuse's IT and HR stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance our HR systems. Contribute to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications. Employ technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud to have an immediate impact on our current operational and strategic project initiatives. Collaborate with an array of internal and external stakeholders from internal HR and IT leadership to external vendors we integrate our HR applications with. Integrate tools and methods in Oracle Cloud, such as HCM Extracts and BIP. Understand Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and interconnectedness. Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (OTBI & BIP), including creating and running reports, and leveraging reporting capabilities to provide data-driven insights. Train and support end-users. Contribute to cloud projects such as functional module implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Understand and work with complex HR systems, troubleshoot system issues, and learn new technologies quickly. Employ knowledge of SQL, HTML, and XML. Troubleshoot system issues and find effective solutions. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Lead small and medium-sized projects and participate in larger strategic HRIS projects. Understand business needs and translate them into system requirements. Understand and support HR processes and data, including Core HR, compensation, talent management, and absence management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field. 7 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. 5 years of experience in a global or multi-country company, understanding global HR processes and requirements, and contributing to global HRIS projects. 5 years of experience understanding business needs and translating them into system requirements. 3 years of experience in HR processes and data, including Core HR, compensation, talent management, and absence management. 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and interconnectedness. 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integration methods, such as HCM Extract and BIP. 2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (OTBI & BIP), including creating and running reports, and leveraging reporting capabilities to provide data-driven insights. 2 years of experience training and supporting end-users. 3 years of experience contributing to cloud projects through functional module implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
