Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of HRIS to lead and transform our HR technology function. This role will oversee HRIS operations, manage a team of four, and drive strategic integration initiatives across platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG systems, Costpoint, and API integrations, with a proven ability to lead change and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the HRIS team (4 direct reports: 2 HRIS Admins, 1 Reporting Analyst, 1 HRIS Manager).
• Oversee open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with file fee requirements.
• Drive integration projects, including UKG Dimensions and Costpoint, and manage API connections between systems.
• Partner with parent company for enterprise-level integration initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction for HRIS operations and ensure system optimization.
• Act as a change leader to elevate team performance and align HRIS strategy with organizational goals.

Skills and Requirements
• 10+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UKG systems (including Dimensions) and Costpoint integration.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and HRIS architecture.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex HR technology projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
