Job Description
Reporting to the Manager/Director of Production & Shipping, this position performs the final assembly, test, repair, and replacement of the timeclocks designed and sold by isolved. The incumbent uses NetSuite and various utility PC programs as part of the assembly and tracking operation.
Core Job Duties
- Pull electronic subassemblies and housing components
- Assemble the product following the procedures outlined during the design/development of the product
- Receive customer returns
- Perform test and evaluation procedures to identify damaged components
- Replace damaged components
- Other repair activities as directed
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical training in electronic assembly/repair
- Basic soldering skills
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills with Word/Excel/Outlook/NetSuite
- Basic computer networking understanding
- High school diploma or equivalent required
