HRIS Analyst

We are seeking an additional detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to collaboratively manage and enhance our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement. In this unique position you will support, maintain, and analyze the overall integrity and effectiveness of HRIS applications, including UKG system configuration, workflows, permissions, interfaces, reporting, technical support, troubleshooting and testing/implementation of upgrades and new features. Additional responsibilities include providing customer support to our multiple Bertelsmann clients and identifying/implementing process improvements that positively impact the payroll department or client experience.
Candidates who meet these additional requirements should apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS software, preferably with UKG (formerly known as Ultipro)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
- Ability to produce quality work under pressure, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated self-starter with an insatiable desire to learn
- PC proficiency to include all Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Payroll and Benefits knowledge is a plus
Assessments to test baseline knowledge in some Microsoft applications may be required. New hires will receive several months of hands-on shadowing and training.
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually. Additional compensation may be awarded annually contingent upon the company’s results, and at the sole discretion of the company.
