As a HRIS Analyst II, you will be part of the HRIS Total Rewards team supporting global compensation processes. What's the Job?

Support and configure Workday Advanced Compensation plans including merit, bonus, and incentive plans.

Partner with HRIS Compensation and Global Total Rewards teams to ensure accurate plan design and system configuration.

Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and calculated fields to support compensation analysis and validation.

Ensure data integrity across Workday by identifying and resolving data issues impacting compensation eligibility and participation.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline global compensation workflows.
What's Needed?
-
3-5+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday HRIS systems, specifically within Advanced Compensation configuration.

Proficiency in building Workday reports and calculated fields for compensation analysis.

Experience supporting annual compensation and pay planning cycles in Workday.

Strong understanding of global compensation plan structures and execution within Workday.

Ability to troubleshoot Workday configuration and data issues related to compensation processes.
