Global HRIS Analyst (Giorgi Global Holdings, Inc, Blandon, PA): Liaising with HR Business Partners, Payroll/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and functional business leaders to define and develop requirements, re-engineer current processes, and implement new functional areas within the HCM system; Providing instruction and tutoring on the system configuration, data, and results of the Workday/Workforce system to the organization's HR departments globally based on standards requiring uniform consistency within the organization throughout the world; Developing, refining, and managing customized Workday reports, such as Advanced, Matrix, and Composite, utilizing Workday Report Writer to be used throughout the organization based on GGH/CANPACK-specific needs and protocols; Collaborating with the IT departments globally to provide project management support for the integration of data between each HR department and Global IT, ensuring seamless end-to-end configuration; Identifying and implementing processes that enhance and simplify the functionality of the system, participating in the continuous process of designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Workday configuration;Analyzing and monitoring data and maintaining records of HR systems business processes while at the same time diagnosing and resolving issues, executing projects and providing status updates;Monitoring and supporting inbound/outbound Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations to third party vendors including payroll and benefits providers; Developing customized templates for data uploading to meet requirements and using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to perform the necessary uploads into Workday; Supporting the Workday HC software by conducting research and resolving issues, testing solutions, and communicating resolution with customers; Utilizing resources within the Workday community (Brainstorms, Administrator Guide) to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving system functionality and utilization; Developing simple test plans and project plans for upgrades/new functionality as well as training documents related to Workday updates; and Collaborating closely with both internal and external audit teams to ensure that all data requirements and reporting are fully compliant with established standards and regulations. The following skills and experience are required in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience with Workday HCM modules, including configuration, report writing, and integrations; Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB and using EIB for data uploads; Experience with Workforce software (T&A, Advanced Scheduler -- Superuser access); Experience with the following IT concepts and practices: Identity and Access Management, Troubleshooting Access Issues, Database Management, Systems Integrations, Cloud Computing, Reporting and Analytics; Experience writing and understanding SQL queries for data analysis; Experience with Excel for data manipulation and reporting; Experience in managing HRIS-related projects, including timelines and deliverables; Experience with Agile methodologies, collaborating and adapting to effectively manage and deliver projects in fast-paced environments; Experience working with global IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality; Experience with compliance standards and regulations related to HR data; Experience in providing training and support to HR teams and the internal business stakeholders globally; and Experience developing comprehensive training documents and test plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least two years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or a related occupation.
