Job OverviewThe Senior Product Marketing Manager – Platform & Ecosystem holds a key interface position between sales, marketing, product management, and partner teams. In this role, you will lead and run solution marketing initiatives to differentiate iCIMS solutions and products in the competitive HR technology market through core messaging and effective product positioning. Further, you will ensure there is organizational alignment for release delivery and that customers, employees, and partners are prepared for product updates. Key activities of the Portfolio Marketing team include market analysis and segmentation, message creation, persona development (IT/developer focused), presentation development, sales enablement, collateral and video creation, the development of educational content and RFP/RFI support. In particular, you’ll be responsible for supporting these activities for our core platform capabilities and the vast partner integration ecosystem it helps support.

Responsibilities- Work with customers to gather feedback on solution value proposition and messaging
- Research and develop positioning and messaging narratives by product or solution area with a complete Bill of Materials (PPT, Videos, etc.) for each area.
- Provide all audiences (demand generation teams, sales enablement/ field, product, and customers) the relevant insight and assets needed for success.
- In partnership with RevOps, establish and update playbooks and ongoing programs on a regular basis (e.g, weekly or quarterly) to ensure they are highly relevant and appropriately prescriptive based on stage in the buyer’s journey, persona, etc.
- Partner with RevOps to present to GTM leadership on program effectiveness, revenue lift, conversion rates, risks, issues, etc. associated with the program(s). Work with Marketing, Service/Customer Success and Sales teams to address metrics / findings. Competitive Analysis
- Aid with competitive analysis and produce materials that will assist the Sales organization when facing competitors during the sales cycle Product Releases
- Work closely with Product Management to align on roadmap and develop messaging to communicate value to prospective buyers and existing customers
- Work closely with the Release Management Team to coordinate the early access program and identify potential opportunities for improvement ahead of general availability
- Work with the partner team to effectively communicate releases to partner and developer communities
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years product/ solution marketing manager experience.
- Basic understanding of APIs and development frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail, high-quality writing skills and a demonstrated ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing, reporting, and improving key marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to interpret information from various sources and recommend course of action for the business in designated area of responsibility.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Highly effective influencing skills.
- Skilled at managing relationships at all levels both with internal and external partners.
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with ambitious deadlines.
Preferred- Past experience working with or marketing to developers or partners
- Experience in HR/ HCM technology market highly desirable.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is (X) annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data.
