Junior Pricing Analyst
Job Summary
The Junior Pricing Analyst supports the solutions marketing team by assisting with day‑to‑day pricing operations, data maintenance, and cross‑functional coordination. In this role, the individual helps prepare and update basic pricing analyses, maintain reporting tools, and provide accurate information to support pricing decisions. Key responsibilities include maintaining Excel and Power BI pricing dashboards, refreshing data on a regular cadence, running data checks, and flagging variances for stakeholder review.
Core Job Duties
- Own the Asana board hygiene: intake, assignment, deadlines, follow‑ups, and status reporting.
- Maintain pricing dashboard: refresh cadence, data checks, variance flags, and stakeholder updates.
- Set up new products in our CPQ tool.
- Work collaboratively across the entire organization, including Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Legal, Billing, Marketing, Sales, and Systems Administration.
- Conduct primary market research on products.
- Perform various other administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- 1+ years of professional experience with pricing (ideally in a SaaS environment).
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Ability to work with imperfect information and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic project management skills: setting up meetings, following up with stakeholders, etc.
