Job OverviewThe Partner Marketing Specialist will support the growth and activation of a defined segment of the iCIMS partner ecosystem. Working closely with the Direct Alliance Director, this role will help bring partner marketing strategies to life through thoughtful nurture campaigns, enablement programs, and co-marketing initiatives designed to move partners to the next phase of their journey with iCIMS.
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Partner Marketing, B2B and/or customer marketing who enjoys building relationships (both internal and external), executing integrated marketing programs, and contributing to measurable business outcomes.

Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners, aligning efforts to partner maturity, goals, and revenue opportunity
Revenue-Aligned Marketing Execution
Campaign & Nurture Development
Design, execute, and optimize partner nurture campaigns across email, digital, and co-marketing channels

Qualifications2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, or a related field

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
