About the Team
We are a team of dynamic and driven professionals responsible for the 360° relationship of our Services Partners to ensure they are empowered to help sell, deliver quality deployments and innovate with Workday, driving additional market opportunity and happier, engaged customers. About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity to lead partner relationships and outcome driven results with a portfolio of Regional and Boutique Partners at Workday. Working in concert with the Partner Sales teams, Partner Success and Services leadership teams, the Partner Manager drives practice growth, solution identification, co-innovation and go-to-market plans within North America, aligned to the Workday Sales and Services organizations.
The Partner Manager ensures relationships between Partners and Workday are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Workday to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new subscription revenue and grow customer success.
The successful candidate will have strategic and operational skills in order to develop and translate a business plan into results and experience running partnerships with a Cloud company.

About You
4+ years experience as an SI Partner Manager for a cloud based ERP, HCM, and/or Financial planning software solution
4+ years of experience in Business Development, Software/Services Sales, and/or Channel Management.
4+ years experience recruiting and growing partnerships and developing and implementing Partner Go to Market growth Strategies.
Other Qualifications
Experience implementing key partner programs to generate additional pipeline and revenue.
Previous experience in leading partner relationships and business development.
Sales and/or Marketing experience with a proven track record of supporting complex go-to-market initiatives.
Organization and project management skills.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $98,500 USD - $174,900 USD
