Job OverviewiCIMS is looking for a Strategic Alliance Director to join our Partnerships team. This role will work closely with a book of top partners to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and revenue for the partnership.
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Sales, Alliance Sales and/or Partner Relationship Management who has a track record of building and maintaining complex channel relationships, is self-motivated and takes accountability for results.

Responsibilities- Manage a book of high-impact partners, with the goal of driving consistent referral and influenced revenue
- Develop and execute business plans based on business strategy with the goal to grow revenue of each partnership.
- Enable iCIMS Sales organization to leverage partner relationships through alignment activities
- Build executive level rapport and take ownership for networking vertically and horizontally in partner organizations
- Deliver product and sales specific training as subject matter expert so partner can articulate iCIMS value effectively to their clients and prospects
- Serve as a first level of escalation for partner related issues
- Collaborate and network with key stakeholders internally to ensure a best-in-class experience for our partners
- Assist in the development and future direction of the iCIMS Developer Partner Program
- Act as the reporting POC for all metric related inquiries from internal stakeholders
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years’ of related experience in alliances, sales, and/or account management
- Comfort and experience with owning monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals and delivering on outputs to reach goals
- Ability to manage multiple partners or initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Ability tobuild relationships with internal and external teams, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to clearly present material with excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience leveraging and adopting systems and tools, including CRM platforms (Salesforce), forecasting tools, MS Office, etc.
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with department and company
- Undergraduate degree from a competitive school with a strong academic track record, or equivalent experience
Preferred- Experience working with technology, SaaS, or ecosystem-based partnerships
- Experience with partner alignment tools (Crossbeam)

Compensation and BenefitsWe accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may include quarterly commissions, as applicable. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
