Summary:
The Workday Analyst will partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE),
People Operations leaders and others to advance creative solutions
within Workday. The Workday Analyst is responsible for ongoing support
and maintenance of Workday configurations and will work through complex
problems, issues and processes to ensure global compliance.
Essential duties:
Demonstrates expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement,
maintenance and testing of the Workday system.
Supports various Workday modules which may include Recruiting, Talent,
Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, and/or Core.
Collaborates with business partners to translate goals and objectives
into change requests with clear requirements.
Assists with defining, implementing, and maintaining Workday
configurations for various modules.
Leads and/or participates in the research, design, development, testing,
delivery and training of new enhancement, features or tools.
Identifies areas to simplify, standardize, and improve the Workday
setup.
Follows Workday best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills & Experience
Sr Analyst: 3+ years of configuration experience with HRIS systems,
specifically Workday and within one or more of the following modules:
Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation/Advanced Compensation,
Benefits/Absence
Analyst: 1+ years of configuration experience with configurable SaaS
platforms, preferably Workday and within one of the following modules:
Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation/Advanced Compensation,
Benefits/Absence
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Strategic thinker, results oriented and self-directed
Travel: Rarely
