Position SummaryAs a Senior Workday Test Analyst/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and executing system tests strategies, test cases, and system enhancements to ensure the successful implementation of our Workday HCM system. This multi-faceted role requires a solid background in Workday HCM testing, system enhancement, and development activities. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, data-driven mindset, strong grasp of system testing principles, system development disciplines, and robust experience within the Workday platform. You will be part of the Workday HCM implementation technology team and will work in conjunction with our Systems Integration partner to document, design, and develop test strategies, test plans, and Workday configuration enhancements. Upon successful implementation, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing system modifications, including Workday releases. Also, hands-on configuration changes and development of system enhancements within the Workday ecosystem is expected.Required Qualifications

5-7 years overall relevant experience

5 or more years of experience leading complex technical initiatives including Workday ERP platform implementation

5 or more years of hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical specifications to drive testing strategy

3 or more years of hands-on experience managing test cases, test strategy, and E2E testing using tools such as Rally, Jira, or SoapUI
Preferred Qualifications

Experience configuring and testing Workday modules, including Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, BIRT, and connectors

Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields

Experience in creating, managing, and executing test cases

Strong understanding of data governance concepts

Experience with Workday’s configurable security, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework

Understanding of SaaS platform architecture

Previous experience in Quality Assurance, specifically with HRIS systems like Workday

Experience with business process automation

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
